About me

Gayatri Gaikwad is a young and promising artiste. Born on 13th December 1989, she started taking lessons at very tender age of 5 from his father Shri. Suryakant Gaikwad who himself is "Sangeet Alankar" and his mother Shrimati Sangita Gaikwad who herself is "Sangeet Visharad". Following 'Patiyala' style or 'Gharana'. Gayatri learnt in the music institute by name 'Hari Om Sangeet Kala Mancha' run by his father Shri. Suryakant Gaikwad.

Young Gayatri started performing on the stage at a very tender age of 6. Her musical aptitude and her sweet voice brought appreciation from the listeners of her music. Hearing her melodious voice and pleasant presentation of a Raga is very pleasing to audiences ears.

• 2^d Prize in Semi-classical music competition.arranged by 'Prashant Damle Fan Foundation'.
• 1^st Prize in Semi-Classical Music Competition arranged by ‘Mohammad Rafi Art Foundation’on 24 December 2003.Prize awarded by Famous cartoonist Shri Mangesh Tendulkar.
• Classical & Semiclassical Performance in ‘Hyderabad Ramoji Film City’, in the year 1999 which was broadcasted on ‘E-TV’
• 1^st Prize in :-‘Mahalaxmi Mandir’ semiclassical music competition,Pune. Prize awarded by Famous cricketiar Chandu Borde and Singer Upendra Bhatt.
